Jadabug Roasters was founded in an effort to find the freshest and fullest flavored coffee available. With our love of coffee, and the flavor, science and timing involved with this amazing bean, we realized that a good cup of coffee, versus an incredible cup of coffee is never simple; but, one essential step to obtaining this would be a recently roasted coffee bean. Since essential oils can break down rapidly, and dramatically change the coffee flavor and intensity, usually within 48 hours to 4 weeks, we realized that fresh roasted coffee would be the key to the incredible tasting coffee we were looking for. |

We purchased our Diedrich roaster in 2004 and thus set forth perfecting the craft of roasting this amazing bean. During the last 2 years of roasting, sampling and perfecting of our beans; we knew we had finally reached our goal when one day our 2 year old granddaughter, Jada, nicknamed, JADABUG, grabbed the bag and robustly exclaimed, “Mmmmm. Coffee…. .Goooood”. We realized, out of the mouth of babes, we had finally reached this goal, a coffee bean that entices and stimulates the senses…even a child’s. With her keen sense of smell and inspiration, we named our roasting company after her, JADABUG ROASTERS. We hope our coffee will entice and stimulate your senses as well...enjoy. |
